Allow Me to Introduce Myself

Hello beautiful people! It’s been a long time since I’ve connected with you, and for that I apologize. Life and its ups and downs pulled me far away from creating. After surviving 2020, I’m sure you all know how that feels. Whew!

With that being said, I wanted to take some time to reintroduce myself. My name is Felicia Redding and I love all things holistic health. My passion for holistic health began while attending massage therapy school in early 2000s. I was introduced to aromatherapy and fell in love! I was so excited that I made an essential oils binder to study the therapeutic properties of various oils. I still have that binder by the way! I tested out so many oil blends on my family and friends. If anyone close to me had any type of health issue, I would say, ‘let me blend something for you!’ I love to take care of people. Helping others find their God given purpose is a passion of mine. I have always loved to see those around me shine.

Somehow along the way, I took a detour. I stopped doing what I loved. The past few years took me on a journey that taught me some painful lessons. I have survived heartbreak, abuse, trauma, loss, and the highs and lows of pregnancy and motherhood. It’s been a wild ride, but God has been faithful!

That’s really all I wanted to say today. Through it all, God has been faithful. When I wanted to stop, give up, and stay in a place of comfort, God was right there. Psalm 139:7-8 reads, Where can I go from Your Spirit? Or where can I flee from Your presence? If I ascend into heaven, You are there; If I make my bed in chell, behold, You are there. (NKJV)Isn’t that amazing? Even at your lowest point and your greatest pain, God is STILL THERE! There is no where that you can hide from the light of His love.

I want to encourage you today to keep going. When you mess up on your meal plan-keep going. Did you have a bad day? Keep going!  Are you grieving the death of a family member? It’s ok. Why? Because God is still there! This new year may just be a continuation of last year, but God has given us a promise. No matter what situation you may find yourself in, He is STILL THERE!

I’m on a journey. One that is filled with twists and turns. Triumphs and losses. Happiness and fear. I’m determined to keep going. Join me on my journey to Destination W.E.L.L. (Wholeness in Every Level of Life)

Talk to you again real soon!

Shining in the light of His love,

Felicia
