I will always have a special love for the patients I provided care for and the sailors that I served alongside for years I was enlisted. While in massage school, I was introduced to aromatherapy. My first aromatherapy oil blend was the respiratory blend, Calm Down and Breathe. I was tired of being on the many medications that I was prescribed for asthma, and this blend helped me tremendously when I had various respiratory complications. Since I am not providing direct patient care anymore, creating different aromatherapy oil blends and herbal remedies allows me to care for my clients and family.
